Why we built Aidfolk

Small teams answer the same questions over and over: how to set something up, what a plan includes, where to find a setting. The answers are already written down, in help centers, docs and old replies, but customers can't find them, and the team can't be online all the time.

AI can close that gap, but only if customers can trust it. So we built Aidfolk around three ideas: answer only from your content, show where every answer comes from, and admit when the answer isn't there.

Where the name comes from

Aid and folk: help, from people like you. Our logo is a speech bubble shaped like an “a”, with the dot on the “i” lit like an online status: your agent is here. No robots, on purpose. Good support should feel human.
